2023 Executive Board
Chief Executive Officer
Juliette Occhino ’24 is the current CEO and majoring in Quantitative and Monetary Economics at Fordham's GSAS. She is enrolled in the Accelerated Masters program and completed her B.A. in Mathematics-Economics a year early in Spring 2023. During her first semester at Fordham, she joined SWS as an associate. She also did Research Team her freshman spring and sophomore fall, covering Consumer Discretionary and Materials. Juliette has interned at Citi in Sales & Trading for two summers, the first being part of the Sophomore Leadership Program. Next summer, she will be returning as a full-time Sales & Trading Analyst. Aside from SWS and Finance, she loves volunteering (PAV), stand-up comedy, reading, and eating out with friends and family.

Kalandra Marinopoulos '24 is the co-Chief Investment Officer. She is majoring in Finance in GSB at Rose Hill. She joined SWS fall of her Freshman year as an associate and joined the research team Sophomore year covering the industrials sector. Kalandra has interned since the summer before freshman year working at a private credit hedge fund for two summers. This summer she interned at Barclays in Investment Banking and will be returning after graduation. On campus, Kalandra is also a FAM, a TA and part of Rose Hill Society. In her free time, Kalandra loves to play guitar and run and is a huge classic rock fan.

Jasmine Aiello ’25 is the current co-Chief Investment
Officer and previously the Sophomore Liaison. She
is a junior at the Gabelli School of Business
majoring in Finance with a concentration in Alternative Investments. She was initiated as an Associate her first semester at Fordham and spent the following two semesters on Research Team covering the Healthcare and TMT sectors. During her freshman summer, she interned in Wealth Management. During her sophomore summer, she interned at Jefferies in Investment Banking and Fixed Income. Outside of SWS, she is the co-Head of Private Equity for the Alternative Investments Club, Dean's Council, and the Women's Club Volleyball Team. She enjoys working out, NYC Museums, and exploring the city with friends and family.

Anoosha Barua '24 is one of the current CDOs and a senior in the Gabelli School of Business at the Lincoln Center Campus majoring in Global Business with a concentration in Global Finance & Economics. She was initiated as an SWS associate in her first semester at Fordham and furthered her SWS involvement on the Research Team, and finally, the E-Board. She also serves as the President of Girlboss: Undergraduate Women in Business at the Lincoln Center campus. Anoosha recently interned at Nomura as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in their Greentech coverage group where she will be returning full-time after graduation. In the past she interned at One Rock Capital partners as a Private Equity ESG Intern from March 2022 - May 2023 and at American Portfolios as a Finance Intern in Summer 2020 and Summer 2021. Outside of SWS, she loves scuba diving, skiing, traveling, trying new restaurants, and Taylor Swift.

Julia Quinn '24 is one of the current CDOs and a senior in the Gabelli School of Business majoring in Finance with a concentration in Credit. She was initiated as an SWS associate in her first semester at Fordham and joined the Research Team sophomore year where she covered the Industrial and Consumer Discretionary sectors. She furthered her SWS involvement by becoming a senior analyst in the fall of Junior year, and finally, a member of the E-Board. Julia participated in Citibank's CUPID Spring Accelerator program Freshman year and was a Sales and Trading Summer Analyst this past summer. She will be returning full-time to Citi as a Sales and Trading Analyst. Outside of SWS, Julia is the President of Gaelic Society. She also loves Peloton, working out, and scuba diving.

Madeline Boone ’24 is the current COO and a senior in the Gabelli School of Business majoring in Finance. During her first semester at Fordham, she was initiated into SWS as an associate. She was also a part of the Research Team her second semester of freshman year and the first semester of her sophomore year covering the Energy and Financial sectors. She spent the summer and fall of 2022 as a finance intern at One Rock Capital Partners. This past summer, Maddie interned in Bank of America's Investment Banking Division. In her free time she loves watching movies, reading, and traveling with friends and family.

Morgan Morrissey '24 is the current CMO and a senior in the Gabelli School of Business majoring in Finance with a minor in Economics and concentrations in Credit and Alternative Investments. She was initiated as an SWS Associate the fall of her sophomore year and spent the following two semesters on the Research Team covering the Materials and Consumer Staples sectors. During her sophomore summer, she interned in Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. This past summer she interned at J.P. Morgan as a Markets Research Analyst on the Credit Research Team. She will be returning full-time as a Credit Research Analyst next summer after graduation. Outside of SWS she is a member of Women in AI in the Alternative Investments Club. In her free time she enjoys reading, coffee, and going to the city.

Madeline Baize '25 is the current Jr. CEO and a junior in the Gabelli School of Business majoring in Finance with a concentration in Credit. During her first semester at Fordham, she was initiated into SWS as an associate. She was also an Energy sector analyst on the Research Team during the fall semester of her sophomore year. Madeline has completed two internships with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. This upcoming summer, Madeline will join Bank of America as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. Outside of SWS, she is a Freshman Advising Mentor for the Gabelli School of Business. She also loves to travel and find the best dessert shops in the city.

Avery Murray '25 is the current Jr. Chief Investment Officer and a junior in the Gabelli School of Business majoring in Finance with a concentration in Alternative Investments. She was initiated as an Associate her first semester of freshman year and spent the following two semesters on the Research Team covering TMT and Real Estate. Last summer Avery interned at MacKay Shields LLC on their High Yield Team and this upcoming summer Avery will be interning at Mizuho in Investment Banking. Outside of SWS, Avery enjoys trying new restaurants in the city and going to the beach back home in Massachusetts.

Hayley Troy '25 is the current Jr. Chief Operating Officer and a junior in the Gabelli School of Business majoring in finance. She was initiated as an associate during the fall semester of her freshman year. She spent the next two semesters on the Research Team covering Energy and Healthcare. Last summer Hayley interned at Santander where she rotated through five divisions within the Corporate and Investment Bank. This summer, Hayley will be at Barclays in Investment Banking. Outside of SWS, Hayley enjoys going to SoulCycle classes and talking about Taylor Swift.
Chief Strategy Officer
Julia Girgenti '25 is the current Chief Strategy Officer and a junior at the Gabelli School of Business. She is majoring in Global Business with a concentration in Finance and Business Economics at the Lincoln Center campus. She joined SWS as an Associate in 2022 and covered Financials as an analyst on the Research Team last semester. She is also the Vice President of the Girlboss Club for undergraduate women in business. Last summer, Julia interned at Nomura in their Global Equities Middle Office. This summer, she will be interning in sales and trading at JP Morgan. In her spare time, Julia enjoys exploring new restaurants in the city.
Sophomore Liaison
Raimy Little ’26 is the current Sophomore Liaison majoring in Business Administration at Gabelli School of Business. This past semester, Spring 2022, she served as the Freshman Liaison and joined as an analyst for the Research Team under the industrials sector. Additionally, Raimy is a member of the Global Markets Society, New Student Orientation, and participates on Fordham Club Volleyball Team. This past summer, Raimy interned with Ameriprise Wealth Management as a summer analyst. In her free time, she loves spending time with friends and family, the beach, volleyball, and traveling.

Natalia Kimmelshue (GSB '23) is the 2022 Chief Executive Officer and is a Finance major with concentrations in Alternative Investments and Global Business. She was initiated as an Associate her first semester at Fordham and spent the following two semesters on the Research Team covering Consumer Discretionary and TMT. She has held internships in Investment Banking at DCA Partners during her freshman summer, Sales and Trading at Goldman Sachs during her sophomore summer, and Investment Banking at Evercore this last summer. She will be returning full-time to Evercore's M&A group. Outside of SWS, she is involved in Dean's Council and the Fordham Angel Fund.

Lois van Weringh (GSB '23) is the 2022 Co-Chief Investment Officer and is a Finance major. She was initiated as an associate of SWS during her freshman year and completed two semesters on the Research Team covering the Consumer Discretionary and the TMT sector. Lois joined the E-Board her second semester of sophomore year as the Junior CIO. Her sophomore summer, Lois interned at a hedge fund and this past summer, she interned at Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking Capital Markets Division and will be returning there full-time post-graduation. Outside SWS, Lois is involved on campus as the FAM Coordinator, Ground Floor TA, and recently became the Managing Director of the Student Managed Investment Fund as well as serving as the Healthcare Portfolio Manager.

Wynne Scheffler (GSB '23) is the 2022 Co-Chief Investment Officer. She became an associate member of SWS at the beginning of her freshman year and joined the Research Team in her second semester serving for two terms as an Industrials and Consumer Discretionary Analyst. Outside of SWS, she is the Head of the Women in AI group in the Alternative Investments Club, a Gabelli Freshman Advising Mentor, a Ground Floor TA, and an Orientation Leader. Wynne interned at Jet Support Services, Inc. as a Treasury Analyst in Chicago and at Jefferies as an Investment Banking Analyst in New York, where she will be returning post-graduation.

Katie Bagin (GSB '23) is the 2022 Co-Chief Development Officer and a Finance major with concentrations in Alternative Investments and Consulting and a minor in Economics. She has been an Associate at SWS since her freshman year, an Analyst on the Research Team since sophomore year, and currently a Senior Research Analyst. Outside of SWS, Katie is the Social Justice Intern on the council of PAV, the Treasurer of the AI club, a Freshman Advising Mentor, and a TA. Katie has held internships at a start-up biotech Venture Capital firm in the summer of 2020, at Stifel where she rotated throughout Investment Banking, Research, and Fixed Income Capital Markets teams in the summer of 2021, and at JPM where she worked as an intern in Sales in the summer of 2022 and where she will return post-graduation.

Grace Oakey (GSB ’23) is the 2022 Co-Chief Development Officer of SWS. She was initiated into SWS as an Associate her sophomore year and a Global Business major with a Finance concentration at Fordham’s Lincoln Center campus. She was initiated into SWS as an Associate her sophomore year. She also serves as President of the Investment Banking Society at Rose Hill and Co-President of the Finance Society at Lincoln Center. This past summer, Grace interned at Blackstone on the Real Estate Private Equity team and will be returning to the group full-time after graduation. Grace also interned at Citi in the firm’s Investment Banking Division, spending half the summer in the Technology coverage group and half the summer in the Real Estate coverage group. Grace serves on Gabelli’s Student Managed Investment Fund as the Real Estate Portfolio Manager and one of the Fund’s Managing Directors.

Grace Ciccone (GSB ’23) is a Finance major and the 2022 Chief Operating Officer of SWS. This summer, she worked at Credit Suisse as a Sales and Trading Summer Analyst and will be returning full time after graduation on the Equity Derivatives desk. On campus, she has been actively involved in Smart Women Securities since her freshman year and is currently the Chief Operating Officer. She is also a Freshman Advising Mentor for Gabelli and is the Vice President of Expressions Dance Alliance.

Becca Ona (GSB ’23) is a Finance major and the 2022 Chief Marketing Officer of SWS. During her first semester at Fordham, she was initiated into SWS as an associate and joined the Research Team for 2 semesters covering the Consumer Discretionary and TMT sectors. She interned at NBC Peacock as a Finance Controllership Intern her sophomore summer and this past summer, interned at Barclays’ Investment Banking Division in the Global Healthcare group where she will be returning full time after graduation. Outside of SWS, she is on the Fordham Dance Team, a Freshman Advising Mentor, and the Healthcare Analyst of the Student Managed Investment Fund.

Kalandra Marinopoulos ’24 is the 2022 Jr. CIO and a Finance major in GSB. She first joined SWS fall of Freshman year and joined the research team fall of Sophomore year covering the industrials sector. She became Jr. CIO the following spring semester. Prior. to coming to Fordham, she interned at Blue Elephant Capital Management, a private credit fund that specializes in investing in and partnering with specialty loan originators, and returned the following summer. Before Junior year she interned at Stifel in a rotational program learning about Sales and Trading, Investment Banking, and Equity Research. Next summer she will be at Barclays in the Investment Banking Division. On Campus, she is involved in the Alternative Investments Club, FAM, and Orientation.

Eva Li ’22 is the 2021 CEO of Fordham SWS. She is a Senior in the Gabelli School of Business, majoring in Finance with a concentration in Alternative Investments. She was initiated as an associate of SWS during her freshman year. She spent two semesters on the Equity Research Team, covering the healthcare and financial industry. She has interned at Morgan Stanley in Wealth Management and at TD Securities on the Investment Banking Team. This summer, Eva interned at Credit Suisse in the Sales & Trading division and will be returning as a full-time analyst after graduation. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, cooking, and exploring NYC for the best restaurants. She is looking forward to an exciting hybrid semester with SWS!

Christina Sgobbo ’22 is the 2021 Co-CIO of Fordham SWS. She is a senior in the Gabelli School of Business, majoring in Finance and concentrating in Alternative Investments. She became an Associate SWS member semester during the first semester of her freshman year. She spent two semesters on the Equity Research Team as a Consumer Discretionary and Industrials analyst. Christina then served two semesters as the Junior CIO. After graduation, Christina will be joining Citigroup as a Sales & Trading Analyst. Outside of SWS, Christina is also a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, Fashion for Philanthropy, Alternative Investments Club, and a Freshman Advising Mentor. She enjoys baking, spin classes, and exploring NYC with her friends during her free time. Christina is very excited for this upcoming semester on the SWS E-Board!

Jacqui Corley ’22 is a Senior from Northern California studying Finance and Alternative Investments at Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business. She became an SWS associate her sophomore fall, followed by two semesters on the Equity Research Team as a Consumer Staples and TMT analyst. Currently, Jacqui serves as the Co-Chief Development Officer for the 2021 SWS Executive Board. On campus, Jacqui is an Orientation Leader, Freshman Advising Mentor, and co-President of the Alternative Investments Club. Her sophomore summer, she interned at Leanplum in their Sales Research Division and this past summer, interned at JP Morgan in their Wealth Management Advisors division where she will be returning full-time after graduation. In her free time, Jacqui enjoys playing beach volleyball, surfing, and spending time downtown with friends.

Caitlyn Vesey ’22 is a senior from Ambler, Pennsylvania pursuing a B.S. in finance with a minor in economics. In recent years, Caitlyn has interned at Credit Suisse in its Sales and Trading division in Summer 2020 and its Securitized Products Finance division in Summer 2021. She will be returning full time as an Analyst on the Global Credit Products desk. At Fordham, Caitlyn is the Chief Investment Officer, Managing Director, and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager of the Student Managed Investment Fund. She has served on Smart Woman Securities Executive Board as the Chief Development Officer since her Sophomore year. During her Freshman and Sophomore year, Caitlyn served on the SWS Equity Research Team covering the Financials and Consumer Staples sectors. Caitlyn’s interests include fitness, cooking, exploring New York City with friends and spending time at the beach with her family.

Grace Ciccone ’23 is a junior at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business majoring in Finance. She became an associate member of SWS during her first semester of freshman year and has been on the executive board for three years serving as the Freshman Liaison and now the Chief Operating Officer. She was also on Research Team for two semesters serving as a Consumer Staples and Healthcare Analyst. This summer Grace will be interning at Credit Suisse in their Sales and Trading program. Outside of SWS she is involved in Expressions Dance Alliance and is a FAM advisor. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, workout classes, cooking, and spending time with friends.

Kasia Blake ‘22 is a senior at Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business and is the current Chief Marketing Officer of SWS. She is pursuing her bachelor’s in Marketing with a concentration in Strategic Branding. Kasia became an associate during her Freshman year and joined the Executive Board the first semester of her sophomore year as Chief Marketing Officer. Kasia spent her summer interning at Ogilvy New York as an Account Management Intern, where she worked on the launch of Samsung’s new line of mobile devices. Outside of Smart Woman Securities, she is a Freshman Advising Mentor for the Gabelli School of Business. In her free time, Kasia enjoys reading, going to concerts, and pottery.

Last summer, Wynne was a Treasury Analyst at Jet Support Services, Inc. in Chicago, where she worked with cash, debt, and investments while remaining in compliance. Next summer, Wynne will be interning at Jefferies in their Investment Banking division. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, surfing, cooking, and reading.

And next summer, she will be interning at Credit Suisse in their Investment Banking Capital Markets Division. Outside SWS, Lois is a member of the USG and the DEI Board. In her free time, she enjoys going to Manhattan and spending time with her friends and family.
Sophomore Liaison
Asmita Subedi ’24 is a sophomore at Fordham Gabelli School of Business where she is majoring in finance. She currently holds the position of SWS liaison. She was initiated as an associate and as a team member in the stock pitch investment project during her freshman year. Moreover, she is currently in the Equity Research Team, studying the consumer discretionary sector. She has interned as an executive assistant at an entertainment marketing company called Aim Productions, Inc. This past summer, Asmita interned at a law firm, Frank, Frank Goldstein & Nager PC, as an administrative assistant. Additionally, she was selected to participate in the Morgan Stanley Freshman Enhancement program and Goldman Sachs Insight Series. Lastly, Asmita has committed to secretarial work for Nepal Kwanmukan Karate-Do Association as a volunteer. Outside of her professional work, Asmita enjoys fitness, astrophysics, and cars.

Marissa Moran ’21 is the 2020 CEO of Fordham SWS. She is a senior in the Gabelli School of Business majoring in Finance with a concentration in Alternative Investments. She was initiated as an associate of SWS during her freshman year. She spent two semesters on the Equity Research Team covering healthcare and energy. She interned at Northwestern Mutual in the Wealth Management division in her sophomore year. Last summer, she interned at Star Mountain Capital on the Investments Team. Marissa will be interning at Barclays in the Investment Banking Division this upcoming summer. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her friends and family. Jessica Waluk ’21 is a senior from Northern New Jersey at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, majoring in Public Accounting with a minor in Information Systems. She became an associate member of SWS in the fall semester of her freshman year. She joined the research team in the fall of her sophomore year, analyzing the Health Care Industry and continued in the spring as a Consumer Staples analyst. Jessica is very excited to continue her involvement in SWS on the executive board as a Chief Investment Officer for the 2020 calendar year. Jessica interned as a program financial analyst at Harris Corporation and is currently an Audit Rotational Intern at Brookfield Asset Management. She also competed in the KPMG Innovation and Collaboration Challenge and is involved in St. Jude Up ‘Til Dawn and the ski and snowboard club on campus. In her free time, Jessica enjoys skiing, traveling, fitness, and spending time with her friends and family.

Emma Keegan ’21 is a senior at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business where she is currently majoring in Finance. She is currently interning at Morgan Stanley in their Private Wealth Management Division and accepted her offer as an Incoming Sales and Trading Summer Analyst at Credit Suisse. She joined SWS at the beginning of her freshman year and is currently the Chief Investment Officer. Emma completed two semesters on Research Team before running it alongside Julia D’Arecca as a Consumer Staples and Financial analyst. Outside of SWS, Emma is the Fordham Varsity Baseball Manager, an active member of both Fordham’s Finance and Investment Banking Societies and a volunteer for Project Sunshine. Additionally, Emma enjoys staying active with intramurals, traveling, and exploring New York City with her friends and family.

Katie ’21 is a current senior in the Gabelli School of Business majoring in Finance. She serves on the SWS E-Board as the Co-Chief Development Officer. Last summer, Katie interned in a rotational program at Bank Leumi. This upcoming summer, she is excited to intern at Citi in their Corporate Banking Division. Outside of the classroom, Katie works at Fordham’s call center, The Ramline, and also serves in Campus Ministry as a Retreat Leader.

Caitlyn Vesey is a junior Finance major at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. She joined SWS first semester her freshman year and served on the Equity Research Team for two semesters covering the Financials and Consumer Staples sectors. Caitlyn joined the Executive Board her second semester of sophomore year and currently serves as Co-Chief Development Officer. On campus, Caitlyn is also a member of the Women’s Focus Group for Fordham’s Alternative Investments Club and the Gabelli School of Business’s Boyle Society. Eva Li ’22 is a junior at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, majoring in Finance with a concentration in Alternative Investments. She became an associate member of SWS during her first semester of freshman year. As a second-semester freshman and first-semester sophomore, Eva was a Healthcare Equity Research Analyst and a Financial Equity Research Analyst on the SWS Fordham Research Team. Outside of SWS, Eva is heavily involved with Investment Banking Society, Alternative Investments Club, and is currently interning at Morgan Stanley in their Private Wealth Division. During this summer, she will be interning at TD Securities for the Investment Banking Division. In her free time, Eva enjoys watching Netflix, working out, and getting food with her friends.

Kasia Blake '22 is a junior at Fordham's Gabelli School of Business and is majoring in Marketing with a concentration in Strategic Branding. Kasia became an associate during her Freshman year and joined the Executive Board the first semester of her sophomore year as Chief Marketing Officer. In addition to being an active member of Smart Woman Securities, she is also a member of Fashion for Philanthropy. Kasia is currently interning at Citarella as a Marketing Coordinator and previously worked as a Public Relations intern at Bag Studio NYC, a fashion company in the Garment District. Christina Sgobbo ‘22 is a junior at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and is a Finance major. She became an associate member of SWS during the first semester of her freshman year at Fordham. She spent her freshman Spring and sophomore Fall semester on the Equity Research team covering the Consumer Discretionary and Industrials sectors. This is her first semester on the Executive Board and she serves as the Junior Chief Investment Officer. Outside of SWS, Christina is involved in the Alternative Investments Club and Fashion for Philanthropy. She frequently volunteers for Drew Gardens and POTS. Grace Ciccone ’23 is a freshman at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business majoring in Finance. She became an associate member of SWS during her first semester of freshman year and joined Research Team her second semester serving as a Consumer Staples Analyst. This is Grace’s first year on the SWS E-board as the Freshman Liaison. Outside of SWS, she is involved in Expressions Dance Alliance and Pedro Arrupe Volunteers. Daniela Basile ’20 is a junior at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business majoring in Applied Accounting and Finance. She became an associate member of SWS during her first semester of freshman year. She became a part of research team during her sophomore year serving as a healthcare and consumer discretionary analyst. This is her third semester on the Executive Board. Outside of SWS, she is a member of Rose Hill Society and is a freshman advising assistant. During her second semester sophomore year, she interned at Northwestern Mutual in their wealth management division. This past summer, Daniela interned at Energy Capital Partners and this upcoming summer, she will be interning in the Consumer & Commercial Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, tennis, and cooking.

Michele Mitchell is a third-year Applied Accounting and Finance student on the CPA track. She expects to complete her Bachelor’s degree in May 2020 and her Masters in Accounting in December 2020. Michele currently interns at The Madison Square Garden Company in their Corporate Finance department and will intern at PwC in Consumer Finance Group Assurance this upcoming summer. This is Michele’s first year on the SWS E-Board as the Chief Operating Officer, but she has held several e-board positions during her time at Fordham that continues to this day.

Julia D’Arecca ’20 is a junior at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business majoring in Applied Accounting and Finance with a concentration in International Business. She became an associate member of SWS during the first semester of her freshman year at Fordham. As a second-semester freshman and first-semester sophomore, Julia was a Healthcare Equity Research Analyst and a Consumer Discretionary Equity Research Analyst on the SWS Fordham Research Team. This is her fourth semester on the Executive Board, and she is currently the Chief Investment Officer. In addition to SWS, Julia is a member of Beta Alpha Psi, New Student Orientation, Global Outreach! San Jose, Boyle Society, Alpha Sigma Nu, and Pedro Arrupe Volunteers. She has also participated in the Spanish Immersion Program in Granada Spain and spent Spring 2019 at Fordham University’s London Centre. This past year, Alex has interned with UBS in their wealth management division covering high net worth clients. Outside of SWS, she is a Focus Group Leader for Alternative Investments Club, Energy Analyst on Fordham’s Student Managed Investment Fund (SMIF), and senior health educator at Peer Health Exchange. Lauren interned at hedge fund Moore Capital Management in their Investment Strategies Division last summer and will be interning at Barclays in its Investment Banking Division this upcoming summer. Outside of SWS, she volunteers as a tutor at the Rosedale Achievement Center. Last semester, she interned in the wealth management division of Pioneer Financial and competed at Deloitte University in the National FanTAXtic Competition. She joined the research team this fall analyzing the Health Care Industry and continued in the spring as a Consumer Staples analyst. Jessica is very excited to continue her involvement in SWS on the executive board as a Junior Chief Investment Officer for the 2019 calendar year. This past summer, Jessica interned as a program financial analyst at Harris Corporation and is currently an Audit Rotational Intern at Brookfield Asset Management. Laura Rosales '22 is a freshman at Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business and is planning to major in Finance and minor in Business Law and Economics. She joined Smart Woman Securities this past fall and is currently on the Executive Board as Freshman Liaison. Apart from SWS, Laura participated in the PwC Case Competition in November 2018, works for Crearth Tax Services in CT during her summers, and is a student worker for the Gabelli School of Business during the school year. She is also interested in and volunteers with Civic Education programs. In her free time, Laura enjoys playing soccer with her friends and hiking with her family.

Jenna Florendo ’19 is a senior at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business majoring in Finance with a concentration in Value Investing. She became a SWS associate the fall semester of her freshman year. Jenna spent two semesters on the SWS Research Team. In the spring semester of her sophomore year, she became a Senior Analyst on the team. Outside of SWS, she is an Advising Assistant, a member of Fordham’s Global Business Honors Program and is the Managing Director and Real Estate Portfolio Manager on Fordham’s Student Managed Investment Fund (SMIF). Throughout her sophomore year, she interned as a UBS Wealth Management Intern. After her sophomore year, she was an Asset Management Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs. This past summer, she was a Summer Analyst at The Blackstone Group and will be returning there full-time after graduation. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and playing volleyball.

She became an associate member of SWS during the first semester of her freshman year at Fordham. As a first semester sophomore, Emilie was the Consumer Staples Equity Research Analyst on the SWS Fordham Research Team. She then served as the Junior Chief Investment Officer on the E-Board for the following two semesters. In addition to SWS, Emilie is a Fordham University tour guide, an active member of Beta Alpha Psi and the Technology, Media & Telecom Portfolio Manager for Fordham’s Student Managed Investment Fund. Outside of Fordham, Emilie interned at Morgan Stanley in their private wealth management division for the entirety of her sophomore year, at Deutsche Bank as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in the Consumer & Retail Group during her sophomore summer and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in their Technology, Media & Telecom Group this past summer. In her free time, Emilie loves to run, go to SoulCycle and spend time with her three younger sisters.

She is majoring in Business Administration, with concentrations in Accounting and the Business of Healthcare. Zoe has been on the SWS E-Board since the fall semester of her freshman year. She has spent two semesters on the SWS Equity Research team as the Healthcare and Consumer Discretionary sectors analyst. This past summer, Zoe interned with Deloitte in the firm’s Risk & Financial Advisory Program. She is looking forward to starting her career after graduation by serving Deloitte’s Healthcare clients’ needs.
